Organoleptic characteristics
Deep red color almost purple and fruity taste of blackberry Vinage has a slightly bitter woody, being aged in barrels, a unique taste, full and persistent.
Any deposits (salts) that can be formed on reserve wines are natural and sign of the authenticity product.

Gastronomic matches
It pairs nicely with meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
