Passion: the aim of our job
The wine cellars “Il Barone” were born from the idea of Andrea Cescon, the owner. He decided to start his business moved by his passion and the knowledge of wines of all the world with the precious help of his family. From pruning to shortening the shoots, by thinning the clusters to green pruning, until the grape harvest and wine production, all operations done by hand. Andrea jealously protects handmade techniques of winemaking passed down from generation to generation. The love for his country, for wines and the fact that are hand-made wines make “Il Barone” wines different from the others. Limited use of technology makes the result even more special and valuable.
National and international award ,certificates throughout Europe, are the self-esteem of the wine cellars “Il Barone”. The vineyards and wineries are located in Belfiore di Pramaggiore, in the heart of the DOC Lison-Pramaggiore area, in the province of Venice, Italy.
